Summary

What is glider control? Glider control is the basic skills of paragliding or paramotoring, whether you are a parmotor or paraglider pilot everyone flies by controlling a paraglider wing. So glider control is the ability you learn by practicing time kiting, kiting as in standing on the ground practicing just trying to keep that paraglider wing over your head. In this Glider Control and Kiting Clinic we will spend multiple days on the beach in Corpus Christi Texas, a place widley known for its strong high wind, practicing and fine tuning your glider control skills.

We will spend hours either flying off the sand dunes, climbing up structures, or learning various techniques that every pilot can use to boost their confidence in controlling that glider. Every second you spend honing your skill, next to an instructor with expert glider control abilities, will help you to become a safer pilot ready for any terrain, or weather you might face on your journey!

Gear Details

We will provide a kiting harness, helmet, and gliders for all students to use, but we would appreciate it if you did bring any gear that you might have. You can talk to Jordan at 800-707-2525 If you have any questions about gear you want to bring. Otherwise just show up and enjoy your time! Please bring gloves if you can!

Bad Weather/Refunds

We cannot control the weather, but for any bad weather days we will credit you to come back to future classes with no extra charge, gear rental still included. We will not be able to fully cover any comeback lodging, but will give you a discount to stay in our luxery rental condos for only $300 for a 3 day class(4 nights of lodging) and $400 for a 5 day class(6 nights of lodging.
